Hotel-Pension Wild - Vienna

We stayed for 1 night in a double room with shared bathroom. The cleanliness was excellent, and it felt safe being two young women traveling alone. The breakfast was simple but filled us up. They served coffee upon request. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with subway and tram just a short walk away 😊

The location was good. It is close to all the attractions. The breakfast was also good.

The shower, sink and bed were in the same room. Sink was smell realy bad.

I enjoyed four nights in a space with a private bathroom. The breakfast offered a good variety, and staff were cute, consistently checking in with coffee or tea. One day, I returned to a clean room, comforting after a long day of exploring. The area was quiet yet conveniently close to nearby attractions.

The free wireless Internet in Room 401 wasn't very reliable and continually dropping out.

Central heating, a personal safe, and an electronic key card in the room and the extremely comfy bed. A lot of AWESOME food for meals.

the room didn't have a kettle, which would've been handy for tea. but the location is great, just a short walk to museums! friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay enjoyable.

The manager of the hotel is very nice persion, breakfast is good as well. Very close to the big Ring, 20min walk to the Opera, you can book tickets of opera in the hotel and is free! After that you can get discount when claiming for the tickets

Wifi internet is not stable if too many people using it

We liked the location - few minutes walk from the Rathaus, parking posibility right in front of the hotel and the reception staff who was very helpful.

The hotel mentioned that they have available free wireless internet - it did not work and even though they had other complaints on the topic nothing changed for the three days we were there. The shared toilet was fairly dirty and placed in a narrow room at the end of a hallway. The entire floor where the series of shared toilet rooms were was dirty, the paint on the walls was falling down and looked pretty scary when you first saw it. I was told there are other rooms with toilet inside and maybe they look better but I did not see so I cannot tell. Overall, I would say a definite no as the value offered is below the money paid

Good place for budget travelers. Location is great, not far from the center and close to U-Bahn.

Relatively easy to find, not too far from Underground stations. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was good size, with desk, and plenty of space. Bathroom was clean, modern. Breakfast was fine and dining area was nice.

Lack of AC in my room, made it hard to sleep on a hot night. though there was a fan in the room. common areas and hallways were a bit cramped. Lack of common area for guests not interested in the sauna downstairs.

Pension Wild, is not all that it seems from first glance. [1] it is excellently located to get to all the sites and trains and tram networks. [2} the rooms were very clean and comfortable, [3] All staff were very helpfull indeed. [4] Parking nearby in a garage was also very useful. A nice hotel.

Location and comfort and hospitality

Just an optimal selection for a little getaway in Vienna with real value for money. The owner was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome. Consider using the local transport for easy access to major attractions.

Fantastic Friendly welcome.The staff made us feel very comfortable.Great pension and we would highly recommend this to anyone going to Vienna.When we return for another city break Pension Wild will be our choice for sure. We were upgraded as there were no more Double rooms available.Our room was lovely.On suite bathroom,toilet,minibar and tv. The bed was really comfortable and even though the room was next to the street outside it was pretty much soundproof. Breakfast was simple but nice.A Choice of different meats,ham,cheeses.Bread,toast eggs,jams. Tea,coffee and fruit juices were available aswell as a big 'Good Morning' How are you' from our host Peter,which was very nice to hear. everything was nice, airy room with a shared toilet. the staff was accommodating and exceptionally nice and always helped me.
